Currently, the Hafelehome E-commerce Website only supports Shopify Pay and Paypal payment methods. Shopify payment accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PayPal allows payment through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances. No cash on delivery or upon confirmation is accepted. Online ordering is processed successfully with the receipt of automatic order notification email which is sent to the provided email address, with a summary of order information and order number. The buyer will use this code to track the order status, or change the information, or cancel the order later.
Upon receive of the order, if there are no changes made to the order, our Showroom Sales or Customer Service Team will call you within 1-2 business working days to confirm the delivery arrangement.
If there is any change from the seller, for example, if the products are out-of-stock, the buyer will receive an email notice from Hafele Showroom Sales or Customer Service Team.
In order for the order request to be processed quickly, the buyer is liable to provide correct and complete information regarding the delivery, or terms of conditions of the promotion (if any) that the buyer is expecting and participating.
2. Delivery and Shipping Processes
A. Shipping Fee & Delivery Area
Häfelehome.com.sg only supports delivery within Singapore’s territory.
The shipping fee is included in the unit price shown in the cart when the buyer makes an order on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website.
The shipping fee is included on the invoice when the products are delivered to the buyer.
GST 7% is included in the prices reflected for all displayed products on Häfelehome.com.sg.
B. Delivery time
After receiving the successful order confirmation email from the seller, the buyer will receive the goods at the provided address within a week unless stated otherwise.
If there is any change in the delivery period, the buyer will receive an notification from the seller's showroom sales or customer service team.
The buyer cannot choose the delivery time. However, the buyer can indicate the desired delivery time in the "Other request" box when making order online.
C. Receiving process
The buyer checks the product and invoice, then signs the delivery note and keeps a proof of delivery and purchase for warrant claim.
The buyer is responsible to check the products before signing the delivery note and Häfele reserves our rights to reject the warrant claim if the buyer fails to check the products.
The buyer has the right to refuse receiving the products in the following cases: product shape, color, size or code is not same as the product on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website; and the product is scratched or deformed.
Missing product parts or accessories, if any, will be delivered to the buyer without shipping fee subjecting to the conditions of request. In some cases, the buyer will have to come in-store to collect the missing items and no additional charges to shipping.
If the buyer refuses to receive the products with the reason that not due to the product, the buyer still has to pay the shipping fee depending on each detail case. Cancellation charges will be incurred.
If the buyer has any questions or complaints after receiving the products, please contact the information provided on the E-commerce Website to be resolved in accordance with Häfele Singapore’s Product Return Policy, Product Warranty & Maintenance Policy.
