A. Rights and Obligations of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website Management Board
1. Rights of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website Management Board
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website Management Board will provide services to all its members after completing the required procedures and conditions as set forth by the Häfelehome E-commerce Website. 
  • In case there are grounds to prove that the information provided to the Häfelehome E-commerce Website by the member is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or violates Singapore laws or customs, the Häfelehome E-commerce Website reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the right to use the services of the member. 
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website may terminate the membership and right to use one or all of its services of the member and notify him/her at least one (01) month in advance in the event of violating the regulations of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website or acting to affect business activities on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website. The Häfelehome E-commerce Website holds the copyright for using the service and content on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website under the provisions of the Law on Intellectual Property Protection in Singapore. The logos and content in all languages ​​are owned by the Häfelehome E-commerce Website. Illegally copying, use and dissemination of such ownership rights are strictly forbidden.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website reserves the right to change the services fee schedule and payment methods during the period of providing services to members on the basis of their needs and conditions of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website and will inform the members one (01) month in advance.
2. Obligations and responsibilities of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website Management Board
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website Management Board is responsible for Website development, including a number of major tasks such as: research, design, purchasing hardware and software devices, Internet connection, developing policies for the operation of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website under conditions and to the extent permitted by law.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website will implement and cooperate with partners in building a system of services and utility tools to facilitate the transactions of members and users on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website is responsible for developing, enhancing the system of knowledge and information on: e-commerce operations, domestic and international legal document system, foreign markets, as well as news related to the operation of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website Management Board will implement promotional activities for the Häfelehome E-commerce Website to foreign markets to the extent permitted by law, contributing to expand and connect in order to meet the needs of searching more partners and developing the foreign market of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website's members.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website is responsible for a full publication of information related to promotional goods as well as information about the promotional implementation unit for each promotional information posted on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website under the provisions of the current law.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website is responsible for providing information on goods and services to customers according to the provisions of the Law on Consumer's Interest Protection.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website is responsible for preventing and removing from the Website the information on goods and services under the list of banned goods and services, and restricted goods in accordance with the law.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website is responsible for removing from the Website the information on counterfeit goods, fake goods, smuggled goods, goods infringing intellectual property rights and other illegal goods or services upon detection or receipt of the evidence-based reflections for this information.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website commits to compensate customers if the coupons, vouchers or customer loyalty cards issued by the website are rejected by its partners that contrary to the conditions announced on the Website or on the coupons, vouchers and customer loyalty cards. After making a compensation for customers, the Häfelehome E-commerce Website has the right to contact and request the partners as the seller to carry out the claim process.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website takes timely measures when detecting or receiving feedbacks on illegal business behaviors on the E-commerce Website and assists the State management agencies in investigating illegal business acts, providing registration information, transaction history and other documents on violators of the law on e-commerce websites.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website will strive to the fullest extent permitted by law to maintain the normal operations of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website and to remedy issues such as: machinery breakdowns, software failures, internet traffic system, personnel, social upheavals, natural disasters, power outages, decisions by government agencies or third parties. However, if such incidents occur beyond the control and are force majeure events that cause damage to the members, the Häfelehome E-commerce Website shall not be responsible for any relevant consequence.
  • The Häfelehome E-commerce Website will publicly announce the mechanism for settling disputes which arise during the transaction process on the e-commerce transaction platform. When customers on the e-commerce transaction platform have a conflict with the sellers or are harmed with their legitimate interests, the Website must provide customers with information about the sellers, actively support the customers protecting their legal rights and interests.
B. Rights and responsibilities of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website's members
1. Rights of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website's members
  • The members will be given a unique username and password to make orders on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website.
  • The members will be able to enjoy preferential promotional policies offered by the Häfelehome E-commerce Website. These promotional preferential policies will be resolved by the Häfelehome E-commerce Website (if any) and will be posted directly on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website or sent directly to the members.
  • The members have the right to contribute their comments to the Häfelehome E-commerce Website during the course of operation. The requests are sent directly via mailing or email to the Häfelehome E-commerce Website.
  • The members have the right to share information about products or promotions on the E-commerce Websites to their personal pages, but must ensure the truthfulness and objectivity of these information.
2. Obligations of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website's members
  • The members will be solely responsible for the confidentiality, retention and use of the services by their registered name, password and email address. The members are responsible for timely notifying the Häfelehome E-commerce Website for illegal use, misuse, confidentiality breach, saving their usernames and passwords for mutually collaborative processing.
  • The members commit that the information provided to and posted on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website are accurate and complete. The members agree to ensure that the information on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website to be up-to-date, accurate and complete.
C. Terms of Application
  • The Regulation of the Häfelehome E-commerce Website shall officially come into effect from the date of posting on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website. The Häfelehome E-commerce Website reserves the right to amend or change this Regulation in accordance with the actual practice and shall be responsible for posting on the Häfelehome E-commerce Website. The revised Regulation comes into effect from the date of the amendment notice. Continuing to use the services after publication of the revised Regulation implies that the members have accepted this revised Regulation.
  • Häfelehome will continuously update the Operating Regulation without prior notice. The Häfelehome's members shall be responsible for compliance with current Regulation when making transactions on the Website.
